I am Electricity and Railroad Switchgear inventor James Keith Glaspy, the director governing systems designed to increase speed and efficiency of electricity current flow and control, and railroad locomotive track change guidance and control. I am also the author of "Driver's Safety" 2006 Athena Press London, a vehicle steering guidance and speed control document, that you will need if you plan on keeping your vehicle safe while operating on roadways throughout the world.
